Should I be in the clear? (marijauna question) Should I still worry?
I know it’s nearly impossible to tell how long pot will stay in your system, I just really want to assurance (it’s a drug screening test, urine only).
I quit toking (for the last time ever!) on April 21. Before that I toked somewhere between frequent and occasional from the middle of January (before that I had never toked before), sometimes 1-3 times a week, others not at all . When I did toke it was either a shared joint between two people or a half to full joint to myself (rolled thinly). While I am on the heavier side (5’7” 210 lbs) I am on thyroid medication which moderates my metabolism keeping it at an average level. I have a muscular build and am very active (3 hour bike rides active). My drug test is on Friday (21 days since last toke). Since Friday I have been a lot of water,doubled my thyroid medication to increase my metabolism, and have been taking Vitamin E (it’s a fat soluable Vitamin, I’m hoping it’ll kick the THC out though I’m sure it’s doing nothing).

Please don’t increase your thyroid meds without your doctor’s permission. It can be dangerous.
It usually takes 28 days for marijuana to stop showing on a urine test. It will still show if they test your hair, for up to five years. Since you were only using for four months, your test may show up clear. But, it may not.
The water, thyroid hormone, and vit E aren’t really helping. Only time makes the levels go down.
