Talking Wrist Blood

Talking Wrist Blood
Is it really normal to have different blood pressure in left and right arms?

I have been on Benicar 40mg for the past month now. My blood pressure has gone down significantly. It was around 160/95. Now it is around 120/60. But one odd thing I have noticed is that while blood pressure is within a good range in my left wrist, it is significantly different on my right wrist. My right wrist read around 145/75. I talked about it with my doctor and she said it was normal, but is it? I just don’t feel like it is right.
Now, I do feel like my blood pressure is WAY lower than it used to be. Now when I get up I get light headed, and dizzy. Which means my blood pressure is lower (feels like my body is adjusting to the new blood pressure) , but my right wrist tells me otherwise.
I use wrist monitor. I know they are not the most accurate ones out there, but still. Anyone? Preferably with medical background. :)

This differential BP in upper limb can suggest conditions like Coarctation Of Aorta. Here are guidelines to assess:

An acceptable inter-arm systolic blood pressure difference is 10mmHg. The difference in your case seems to exceed that.

Before delving into the causes of this condition, have a doctor examine your blood pressure. Note that you should be rested for 5 minutes before the reading and that you should use an appropriate sized cuff.

If a doctor does indeed conclude the blood pressure difference is high (he may need to confirm this with a doppler), an underlying condition should be sought. Congenital conditions in the differential diagnosis include aortic coarctation and thinning of one of the subclavian, axillary, or brachial arteries. Acquired arterial conditions include aortic dissection, atheroma, thrombus, embolus, and extrinsic compression (as might be seen in association with a mass in the upper chest).

In this case you should have a contrast-enhanced CT of the chest to effectively delineate among the possibilities mentioned above. A vascular ultrasound would be helpful as well, but the CT would better show an extrinsic compressio
