Can I use purple cabbage leaves to relieve engorgement during weaning or does it have to be green?
My son has turned one and we are done nursing. I slowly weaned him over the past month dropping one feeding each week. Now I haven’t fed him in over 48 hours and my breasts are really sore, hard and engorged. I have heard of the cabbage leaves….but all websites say green. Can I use purple? I have some in the fridge right now or will only green work?
