
New Council of New Life-What is different about New Life New Council?
New Council of New Life is an electronic book sold today on the Internet. I must admit that is unlike anything I've seen on the web. But that's not necessarily a good thing. I'll explain the differences, and you can judge for yourself.
Most diet books and weight loss have the same basic premise: if you want to lose weight and get fit this is what I do: Eat Well and exercise. What is a good thing, because that's the only thing that has been proven to work. New Council of New Life says you have to do that too, but with a very different twist.
The [author who said he tried for 30 years to lose weight, but could not maintain weight] suggests that weight loss only works one way: You need to create a daily calorie deficit. He believes that once it is recognized that weight loss can be very easy and only takes twenty or thirty minutes of real effort. His belief is that it really does not matter much what you eat [long as] natural food or how exercise, weight loss said hat is 99% mental.
The basic premise of the Council of Nueva Vida Nueva is the following: health, weight loss, fitness, diet books, experts, and information is everywhere. However, two of every three Americans are overweight or obese. This shows that information is not the problem. The problem is to find the information without a hidden agenda to sell diet products and then once you have that information, use it in your daily life.
This is where New Life New Council departs from the "eat right and exercise" mold: Gives you a basic understanding of what is Healthy Eating and how to challenge yourself physically, but the bulk of the book is dedicated to guide you on how to change its most healthy to healthy.
What if you think it makes perfect sense. Want to lose weight and get in shape? Then, eat well and exercise. But how does one go about "eating well and exercising? "A new body new life reader is instructed on how to find the actions that are causing weight gain, and change to new actions that will lose. I know it sounds simple enough, and this is where the author notes that most people against a wall.
"Weight the loss becomes very easy for us, because it only works one way. "Says the author, Mike Marsh." You see our actions as they are, and then develop skills for change that is the real obstacle. "Mike will say" No matter how you create a calorie deficit. Eat natural foods makes that is easy, and makes it easier to get active yet. The "secret" if there even is one, is simply to eat natural foods you like, make exercise in ways you enjoy, and then step on the scale every day and let it tell you if you need to adjust these things. "

In short, New Board of New Life will guide through the process to "learn" how to lose weight. If that sounds like it makes sense to you, then you will like, and if you follow these four steps, the author promises you will receive your new body and new life that comes with it. However, if you do not like the idea of change, it will not work.
But then again, nothing will.
