How does drinking hot tea and cold juice affect the human Heart Beat Rate?
Does drinking plain hot tea increase the human heart beat rate or decrease? Why? What about cold juice/ice drink?

Yes and yes. Tea (hot or cold) with a significant amount of caffeine in it will increase the heart rate slightly, since that is the effect of caffeine.
As for a cold temperature drink, I don’t believe it necessarily increases the heart rate. But I believe in response to the cold nature of the drink, the heart will pump more blood to warm the body. But this is only if you are getting cold from the drink.
If you are looking for a low caffeine green tea, I would reccomend Japanese Sencha. This is low in caffeine and very tasty. If you are not a fan of green tea, you may also check into Rooibos teas which usually have a 0% amount of caffeine, and great for icing them.
