Mental Health Retirement?

If you do not know of any health retreats somewhere? In my research this was the best I could find to what I'm looking for. The problem is that it is far away and expensive. Although I've always wanted to go to Australia. Haha. I think it would be nice if I could find shelter, as the Aussie that lasts a month or two! I love that. In any case, this is what I'm looking for. I have 24 years and trying to finish college. I'm almost done, but guess my major and career choice. I feel a little lost in almost all aspects of life and I feel a bit scattered. I feel I could use a mental health retreat just get away from things and as, to be a place where people can help me understand things. Any person in this position? Any suggestions or resources?
