For the Health and social security professionals with IOSH is now a requirement as the situation APRT chartered constantly CPD maintaiined and documented.
There is a set wide range of courses out there with little or no merit and that are useful (not only the health and safety courses).

I put the question mark there because I'm not sure it deserves DSE anywhere near two days of our time. Occupational Health and Safety with CPD attending expensive courses. But CPD is a mixture of both courses, reading experiences maetrial and every day they give you the knowledge base.
We do things in our daily lives that contribute to the CPD, attendance at presentations, making presentations, reading industry literature. the problem is that these things do not take into account enough and its always a last minute panic to ensure that we get the necessary points in time. Construction health and safety is very interesting. I learned a lot to be only in the hotel and attend design team meetings.
As a target = "_blank" title = "CDM Coordinator"> CDM Coordinator is imperative to write down what we have learned so that we consider in the next draft. Having been in the industry 10 years there has been great amount of note taking. CDM is about experiences with theoretical knowledge, but you can never get from a book that can, at a meeting or conversation on the site.
As professionals we must be chartered to maintain this level of attention to CPD to demonstrate our skills in reality, but unfortunately this is done enough.
I just put together a powerpoint presentation on the background of the CDM regs to an architecture that was certainly worth a few points CD anyway.
