We just did a control body fat content with a double clamp the skin for my kind of wellness on campus. After doing everything for our pre-weights to tone Health (3 sets of benching 40 pounds and lifting 3 sets of 10 pounds in each arm). although I'm not sure if my body fat percentage is a bit high, and if so, what I can work
