I have a question about when doctors look up the nose and in the ear (this is kinda long)?
For about a month now I have had a pain in the right side of my head and in my left eye. I went to the doctor and he did all the test. He took blood, looked in my eyes nose and ears and said everything looked fine from all of that. He ordered me a MRI and my insurance did not approve it. well I went to the doctor again and he ordered me another MRI and once again, they did not approve me. I called my insurance and they said the reason why they denied me was the doctor did not find anything to indicate that there was anything wrong. My question is what all can they find out about the brain and from looking into the nose eyes and ears? I really need this MRI to be approved but I guess it wont due to the fact the doctor can not find anything.
honestly that sounds quite stupid they deny it…obviously if he cant find anything wrong is why hes sending you for an MRI to see whats causing it?? ive always wondered that myself though…i dunno what all they can see but why not say that obviouslt hes ordering the MRI to find out whats going on seeing as nothing LOOKs wrong
