Do you prefer the DRG PureTone Traditional Ti-Lite Stethoscope or the Littmann Classic II for use in EMS?
I am torn between getting a drg or a littmann. I know littmann’s name well, but I have been reading up on drg and their product seems very appealing for the field i am in (EMT) and if anyone knows where I can find a good price on stethoscopes, please let me know. I have found the DRG PureTone Traditional Ti-Lite Stethoscope for $160 but was hoping to find it for alittle cheaper.
I think the Littmann actually sounds terrible. The ‘tunable diaphragm’ is a bit of a gimmick. If mine ever gets stolen I’d look for a welch allen… don’t waste too much money on a stethoscope in any case.
