New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, the Community of Women operates a number of grants and technical assistance contracts to refer to countries, based Sexual Violence Programs in 21 counties in the state and Prevention supports Sexual Assault Program of Education and the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault.

Program aims to assist trainees to implement services for victims and reduce their risks. Department provides funds to the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault, SCREAM Theater at Rutgers University and 21 Sexual Violence in the county programs that provide counseling services to individuals and support groups and rape survivors through medical examination, and law and court proceedings.

The Office of Women's Policy and Research, Support, Employment, Education and Training Unit (OWPRSET) encourages and supports the political decision-making based in research, create and produce oral and written testimony in legislative hearings and makes new laws and other policies in relation to other organizations and government agencies.

The grants and these programs are undoubtedly important as violence against women is rising various forms. It has been found that New Jersey has been a major destination state for trafficking in women and children.

More scholarships mean more programs and more excitement by the organizations and the same interests as the people to control these crimes against women.
