Lower Blood Pressure?
I work on a neuro unit at a hospital. It can be a stressful job and is one i really hate. My question is, i know that stress raises your blood pressure, i am wondering what an approximate guess would be on the amount (points) that I could lower my BP by getting a job that I like. I know it varies from person to person, I’m just wondering pretty much how greatly my BP would be lowered if I had a job I liked and wasn’t as stressful.
Andy, the DOT was going to yank my license cuz my pills werent working. I had been on the same ones for a few years, just mild ones. I went back to my Doctor and she made a new batch so to speak, and they worked. 116 over 79. C’MON.:)
