Really bad spots at “period time”, help me!?

Im 17 from the UK
and every time my period comes i get really bad spots (acne)
its getting so bad that i only get about 1 week every month where i have no spots
I have got the clearasil dual action face scrub and tb h i think its brilliant it gets rid of my black heads and everything but i still get spots
can anyone suggest anything else i can do to stop myself getting these spots as its really starting to get me down and depress me as im the only person out of my group of friends that gets these spots

Go to your doctor and get some acne cream.
For me, I would just have lots of spots throughout the day when I was in my teen years and it did affect my self-esteem.
Explain to him/her you’ve tried products on the market, such as the clearasil but it doesn’t work on preventing spots.
You don’t even need to mention your periods.
